WHY I CAN HELP YOU
I'm Scott Lofquist — NASM Master Trainer, Certified CrossFit Trainer (CCFT), and someone who has personally navigated the physical and mental challenges that come with aging, injury, and starting over.
I've had a cardiac arrest. I've had a total knee replacement. I've been told I'd never compete again — and I proved that wrong. I know what it feels like to be "unfit" and I know the exact path back to "unstoppable."
With over 20 years in the fitness industry, I've worked with hundreds of men and women over 40 who thought their best days were behind them. They weren't. Yours aren't either.
My program isn't a cookie-cutter plan. It's built around your body, your history, and your goals — with the science-backed methods and real-world experience to back it up.
WHERE IT ALL STARTED
Competed in track & field and football through high school and college
Began personal training career in the early 2000s
Earned NASM Master Trainer certification
Became a Certified CrossFit Trainer (CCFT)
Suffered a cardiac arrest — and came back stronger
Underwent total knee replacement surgery
Returned to competition after being told he never would
Every one of those experiences shaped the program I built — and the coach I became.
HOW I GOT THERE
Recovery isn't linear. After my cardiac arrest, I had to relearn what my body could do. After my knee replacement, I had to rebuild from the ground up — again.
What got me through wasn't willpower alone. It was a systematic approach: the right movements, the right intensity, the right nutrition, and the right mindset. That system is what I now teach.
I didn't just survive those setbacks — I used them to become a better athlete and a better coach. Every client I work with benefits from everything I've been through.
TODAY IN 2026
I'm still competing. Still coaching. Still proving that age is not a limitation — it's just a number. My clients range from 40 to 70+, and every single one of them has surprised themselves with what they're capable of. You will too. The only question is: are you ready to go from Unfit to Unstoppable?
